Arrive to our home in Bradenton Beach on Thursday at any time prior to 4pm - enjoy the oasis of our backyard pool, walk just steps to the sparkling gulf beach, or take a stroll down Bridge Street to enjoy shops, dining, or maybe an ice cream cone! Enjoy welcome snacks + mocktail at our home in the afternoon as you get settled in.

The retreat will begin with a breathtaking sunset rooftop slow flow practice + welcome circle, embracing the stunning scenery with kindred souls. We’ll gather for a family dinner prepared by our local chef in the comfort of our home.

Start each morning on your mat with a 75 minute poolside yoga practice. Join Taylor for her signature vinyasa flow - a powerful breath-focused practice, intentionally and intelligently sequenced to leave your body, heart, and mind at ease. Post-practice we will circle for journaling, sharing, and connection.

After our morning movement, refuel with a nourishing family brunch before you head off into your day, free to spend each moment however you wish. 

On Friday evening, we’ll reconvene on our rooftop for a restorative sunset practice, incorporating meditation and breathwork prior to enjoying another private chef dinner at our home. This retreat is full of choices - opportunities to take whatever it is you need to feel more connected to you. Choose restfulness and head to bed early, or choose connection + laughter with a game night after dinner.

On Saturday evening, we will forgo a second yoga practice for a night out - dinner at a local restaurant to take in all that the town has to offer!

While we will officially close our time together with a final Sunday morning practice, you may stay as long as you like on Sunday to maximize your time in the sunshine before heading back home feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed.

Bella is a yogi herself, and will be practicing with us, photographing all of the details, and offering optional individual mini sessions!

Our home for the weekend is a relaxing retreat located in a peaceful neighborhood of Bradenton Beach. Instantly feel the island vibes as your modern, coastal styled home is perfectly situated between the Gulf and the Bay - just 1 block from the award winning, turquoise Gulf beaches.

Spend your days by the pool in your secluded backyard oasis surrounded by lush swaying palms, and make way to your rooftop deck where you have the best seats to capture the most mesmerizing sunsets on the west coast.

Luxury designed bedrooms are located on the second and third level where they feature spa-like ensuite bathrooms with a beautiful step-in shower to refresh your senses after a full day sunbathing on the beach.

Shopping and dining options nearby so you can walk everywhere or hop on the free AMI trolley to venture around. From sunrise to sunset you will have endless options to explore the area without leaving the island, whether relaxing on the beach with a book in hand, shopping along Bridge Street, or walking the miles of exquisite coastline.

Fly into the Sarasota Airport (SRQ) and uber the ~30min drive to our home in Bradenton Beach. I am happy to connect you with others who are arriving at similar times so you can share transportation.

Alternatively, fly into Tampa (TPA), which is ~1.5 hour drive from our home.
