Postpartum yoga is a practice for the new mama and the experienced mama. Not only do we work to recover and strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, but my greatest aim when teaching mamas is to allow space to reconnect to your body and your sense of self. To nourish your body and spirit through movement and restoration. And most importantly, to feel more like you.
