As our bodies shift and change throughout pregnancy, it's important to lean on (sometimes literally!) tools that can support our evolving practices. I highly recommend purchasing these yoga props, which can also be used off the mat as you prepare for birth and even as comfort measures during labor!

Yoga Blocks

The set of blocks above comes with a yoga strap, but if you already had blocks at home or would like a better strap, I suggest this extra long yoga strap! This one is 10 ft. long and features a quick release buckle so you don't have to worry about tangling it through loops.

Yoga Strap

Think of this as a big comfy yoga pillow. We will use this in many restorative yoga poses and almost always for savasana! I love that this one has a soft suede cover that is removable and machine washable.

Bolster

We use a folded up yoga blanket (and sometimes two!) to elevate your pelvis and to find ideal posture as your body changes. It also doubles as a tool to stay warm during a restorative practice or savasana.

You may have a big exercise ball and they are totally the same thing! We may use this in the yoga practice, but also this is an incredible tool to provide comfort in a seated position throughout your day and to support optimal fetal positioning. This is an EXCELLENT prop to use during labor, as well. Check the size chart and order the correct size ball based on your height!
